Job Description:

- To promote platform/ portal via outbound call to customer base
- Assist with customer onboarding either onsite or offsite
- Ensure standard of service delivery, and all information provided to customer are clear and concise
- To meet the needs of customer based on the area of merchant solutions

Requirements:

• Comfortable to do cold calling and meeting customers on site

• Digital advocate and Service oriented.
