ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE | Up to $4k| Full Set of Accounts - #1166059

Location: One-North

Contract: 1 year

Working hours:
Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing of full set of accounts for assigned entities.

• Handle timely posting and review of grant utilisation or project-based entries. Ensure income recognition is aligned with expenses incurred.

• Review month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation and follow-up of monthly accounting schedules.

• Perform intercompany confirmation and intracompany reconciliation and follow up with relevant parties for timely closure.

• Support audit fieldwork by responding promptly to audit queries and providing required documentation.

• Assist in consolidation of accounts to support preparation of mid-year and year-end financial statements.

• Support ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
