Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to sales and service in a timely and professional manner
Prepare quotations, submit tenders, and participate in price negotiations
Provide after-sales support, including follow-up on quality or service-related matters
Maintain and grow the existing customer base while actively acquiring new clients
Prepare and follow up on contract quotations to ensure timely closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract execution
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Good personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with the ability to work independently
Results-oriented team player with a proactive attitude
Responsible, committed, and able to build good relationships with stakeholders
