Job Responsibilities: -
Perform repetitive and varied mechanical assembly operations to support production projects.
Assemble complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Operate and maintain basic hand tools and production equipment.
Clean components and parts prior to assembly as required.
Identify wires accurately using standard color -coding systems.
Support first-time production runs and introduction of new products.
Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counting, material handling, and transaction processing in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure daily production output and quality targets are achieved.
Participate actively in continuous improvement and team-building initiatives.
Maintain safe work practices and productive working relationships with team members.
Develop and maintain knowledge of assembly equipment, processes, and industry best practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
3-5 years related experience in QA/RMA/DMR/Corrective Action
1-2 years related experience in electronics troubleshooting
Knowledge in ISO or Quality Management System
Knowledge of ERP system (Syspro) and Microsoft office.
Able to read and understand electro-mechanical drawings.
Able to analyze data and provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
Able to multi-task, prioritize and organize job tasks and work without constant supervision
Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
Work in a team-environment and effectively communicate with other functions
