Job Summary:
Drive regional pre-sales efforts for advanced laboratory informatics solutions, supporting business growth across Asia Pacific markets. Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities for a full suite of informatics solutions (e.g., CDS, SDMS, LIMS, ELN, Analytics) across the APAC region.
• Develop in-depth expertise in informatics product configurations, features, and evolving software platforms.
• Support regional sales teams and partners in positioning suitable solutions and recommending optimal system configurations.
• Engage customers to understand workflows and demonstrate value through solution presentations and Proof of Concept (POC).
• Provide technical pre-sales support and respond to customer enquiries via distributors and regional teams.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen product knowledge and support customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor offerings.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and deliver product training when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with analytical instruments.
• Hands-on experience with CDS or LIMS systems.
• Experience within the life sciences industry or with analytical instrument vendors is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate customer needs into suitable solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across regional teams.
