About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our interior design and construction projects. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality, timeline, and budget requirements. This role is integral to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the strategic growth of our organisation within the construction and project management sector.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate and monitor all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

2. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts

3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and as-built records

4. Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure projects remain within allocated financial parameters

5. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify that work is completed according to specifications and contractual requirements

6. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project delivery

7. Support the project manager in risk identification, mitigation, and implementation of corrective actions

8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases

9. Assist in developing project timelines and resource allocation plans

10. Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on project progress and milestones

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the construction or interior design industry

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices

4. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

8. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

9. Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry

10. Preferably, relevant experience with interior design or fit-out projects
