Manager [Events & Partnerships/Govt] - #1165950

• Location: City Hall/Kallang/Event site as required
• Working Hours: 9.30am - 7pm (Mon - Thu) & 9.30am - 6.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $5,000 per month
• Duration: ASAP – May 2027 (subject to renewal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing and management of sponsorships and strategic partnerships by conducting stakeholder outreach, maintaining partner records, and coordinating appreciation initiatives to foster long-term relationships.
• Manage ticketing operations for large-scale events by administering ticketing systems, coordinating ticket allocations with community and partner organisations, and planning seating arrangements for VIPs and invited guests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate guest management by preparing invitation lists, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and responding to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for event planning and execution by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of partnership and engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in event management, sponsorship coordination, stakeholder engagement, or administrative support
• Prior experience in coordinating large-scale events is a plus
• Comfortable working irregular hours, including evenings, late nights, and weekends, particularly during the lead-up to and throughout the event period
