As a Supply Chain Coordinator - West Region, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Manage daily shipment activities, including purchase order processing, shipment coordination, SAP system updates, sailing schedule monitoring, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers while overseeing order backlogs and supporting demand forecasting activities.

• Perform cost analysis with a strong understanding of cargo, logistics, and transportation expenses to support operational efficiency.

• Undertake business travel on an as-needed basis to support operational and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Min Diploma qualification with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

• Exposure in International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel on case-by-case basis.
