Responsibilities

• Led and managed projects from initial development phase through manufacturing, site installation, and final completion while ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.

• Coordinated closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Developed and monitored project schedules, timelines, and work progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Conducted site visits and attended project progress meetings with clients, architects, designers, and consultants.

• Managed project documentation and correspondence including emails, weekly progress reports, and schedule updates.

• Monitored project budgets, controlled costs, and implemented value engineering solutions for materials and work scope optimization.

• Resolved design, operational, and technical issues in collaboration with site supervisors, coordinators, and factory managers while ensuring quality standards were maintained.

• Evaluated subcontractor and supplier claims, managed rectification works, and prepared final project claims and reports for management and clients.

Requirements

• Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with 6-8 years commercial project experience (F&B/Retail) in Interior fit-out industry are welcome to apply.
