Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service administration, including service contracts, warranty claims, repair coordination, billing, service requests, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
Prepare service quotations and respond to customer and dealer enquiries promptly.
Coordinate with field service engineers, sales teams, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Maintain accurate service records, inventory information, and operational data using SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).
Support service pricing reviews and after-sales service initiatives.
Prepare operational reports and analyse service data to improve efficiency and service performance.
Document and standardise service processes to support operational excellence.
Ensure timely completion of service activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
Min 1-2 years of experience in Aftersales Service Administration/ Service Operations/ Sales Support
Experience handling service contracts, warranty administration, repair coordination, or preventive maintenance scheduling will be added advantage
