Our client is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, distributors, and corporate customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with supermarkets (e.g. NTUC, ShengShiong, Cold Storage etc), retail chains, distributors, and corporate customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Perform any other duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, or supermarket / retail sales will be an added advantage
Experience managing supermarket or modern trade accounts will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
