• Basic Salary : $3500 - $3800 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit

• Working Hour ：12hour Shift - 4334 / 8 pm - 8 am (Night Shift)

• Optional Location: Boon Lay /Woodland (Transport Provided)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of logistics assistants/team leads in daily warehouse operations.

• Monitor team performance to achieve KPIs and operational targets.

• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Train and guide new logistics staff to improve work efficiency.

• Manage inventory using WMS and customer SAP systems.

• Monitor order processing, billing accuracy, and supporting documentation.

• Implement process improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

• Handle staff performance reviews, coaching, and counselling when required.
  

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

• Experience in leading and supervising a warehouse/logistics team.

• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP systems.
