Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure efficient daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Handle corporate customer enquiries, sales orders, quotations, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely order fulfilment and shipment updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order processing.
Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes and operational efficiency.
Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of managerial or team leadership experience in customer support, customer service, or order management.
Experience handling corporate customers in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
Experience in the machinery, equipment, or technical service industry is an advantage.
