Marketing Executive
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and manage our company’s marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our social media presence, generating quality leads, and strengthening brand awareness to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and industry trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and other channels.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Content Creation
• Develop compelling marketing content, including articles, social media posts, videos, newsletters, brochures, and website content.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s messaging and brand identity.
Branding & Marketing Strategy
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and customer experience.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an advantage.
