Operations Executive - #1165815

Ariseo is a growing fashion brand built around everyday style and confidence. This role oversees and executes the daily e-commerce retail operations of Bunnyhill ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from product listings and inventory management to fulfilment and customer experience, supporting the brand’s growth as a modern fashion label.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Process and monitor customer orders from various online sales channels.

• Ensure timely order confirmation, fulfilment, and delivery.

• Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments.

2. Marketplace Operations

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, company website).

• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date.

• Monitor platform compliance and marketplace performance.

3. Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Monitor inventory movement and assist in stock replenishment planning.

• Report stock shortages and inventory discrepancies.

4. Customer Service Support

• Coordinate with customer service teams regarding order issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

• Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

• Escalate complex customer issues when necessary.

5. Sales & Performance Reporting – if possible

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.

• Analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

6. Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with courier partners and fulfillment providers.

• Track shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.

7. Campaign & Promotion Support

· Support the execution of online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.

• Coordinate promotional pricing and product availability.

• Ensure campaign readiness across all online platforms.

8. Process Improvement

• Review operational workflows and recommend process improvements.

• Assist in developing SOPs and operational documentation.

• Support automation initiatives where applicable.
