Senior/ Production Planner (Semicon Manufacturing/ Listed US MNC) - #1165823

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules for both new and existing products to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

• Monitor daily production status, review progress, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Review material shortages and work closely with buyers to expedite supply and reduce production disruptions.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Balance supply, demand, capacity, and material availability to maintain realistic and accurate production schedules.

• Review MRP outputs and ensure planning data is accurate and aligned with production requirements.

• Assess material impact from Engineering Change Orders and update Bills of Materials or production plans where required.

• Prepare production reports, analyse performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain planning, preferably within semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, or process improvement tools will be an advantage.

• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior position.
