About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development & Account Manager to manage and grow our existing B2B client base while identifying new opportunities through warm leads and networks.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
The role involves a mix of client-facing engagement (approx. 70%) and office-based coordination (approx. 30%).
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management (Core Focus)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and ongoing projects
- Understand client needs and proactively recommend suitable products or solutions
- Ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction
2. Business Development (Warm & Relationship-Based)
- Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and event-generated contacts
- Support proposal preparation and closing of deals
3. Client Engagement (Client-Facing)
- Meet clients for relationship-building, presentations, and discussions
- Conduct regular check-ins to strengthen partnerships
- Represent the company at events and key touchpoints when required
4. Coordination & Execution (Office-Based)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Guide quotations, proposals, and client communications
- Track orders, timelines, and key client requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing clients and handling multiple projects at once
- Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in F&B, gifting, or corporate sales is a plus
