About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Executive – Employee Lifecycle & Offboarding to oversee employee exit processes and ensure smooth transitions for departing employees while maintaining accurate employee records and compliance with company policies.

You will play a critical role in managing offboarding activities, employee clearances, final documentation, and HR administration to ensure a professional and seamless employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, including resignations, terminations, and contract completions.

  • Coordinate employee clearance procedures with relevant departments including IT, Finance, Operations, and Reporting Managers.

  • Prepare, issue, and collect exit documentation and clearance forms.

  • Ensure the return of company assets including laptops, access cards, uniforms, and other company property.

  • Update HR systems, payroll systems, and internal records for employee exits.

  • Coordinate final salary processing, leave encashment, recoveries, and statutory obligations.

Exit Interviews & Employee Feedback

  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews for employees where required.

  • Gather and analyse employee feedback and resignation trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare attrition and turnover reports for management review.

  • Escalate critical retention concerns and employee relations issues where necessary.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.

  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and properly archived.

  • Support audits and compliance checks relating to employee records and HR processes.

  • Assist with employment verification requests and reference checks for former employees.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure offboarding processes comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documentation.

  • Support investigations, disciplinary matters, and employment-related documentation when required.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare Monthly Reports

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR administration or HR operations experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and HR systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
