The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established global industrial solutions provider, seeking a Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Engineer (Industrial Solutions) to manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the aviation, industrial and high-tech sectors.
This is a highly customer-facing role focused on building long-term customer relationships, resolving operational challenges and growing existing accounts through value-added solutions. You'll work closely with customers while collaborating across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and Technical teams to deliver service excellence.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: East region (Customer site visits across the West region)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + AWS + Attractive Performance Incentive
The Job:
- Manage 3 strategic customer accounts and serve as the primary customer contact.
- Build trusted customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
- Resolve customer operational issues and coordinate solutions across internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse and Technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
- Conduct regular customer business reviews and monitor account performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and value-added solutions.
- Manage quotations, customer enquiries, commercial discussions and service-related matters.
- Drive customer satisfaction while achieving commercial and operational KPIs.
The Talent:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of Key Account Management, Account Management or B2B customer-facing experience.
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts within industrial, aviation, high-tech, engineering or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with experience managing customer portfolios and growing existing business.
- Comfortable visiting customers regularly and working in a fast-paced environment.
