The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the automotive industry, seeking a Regional Sales Operations Executive to support regional aftersales business performance across Asia.
This is a unique hybrid role combining sales operations, commercial analysis, inventory planning and regional customer management. You'll work closely with regional distributors to analyse sales performance, monitor inventory trends, identify business opportunities and support commercial growth across multiple markets.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: Central Region
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered hours available)
- Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Bonuses
The Job:
- Manage assigned regional distributor accounts and support aftersales business performance across Asia.
- Analyse dealer sales trends, ordering behaviour and inventory levels to identify commercial opportunities.
- Monitor customer purchase patterns and investigate fluctuations in sales performance.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for management and regional business reviews.
- Partner closely with distributors to understand inventory positions and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and stock availability across regional markets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Build strong relationships with regional distributors and provide proactive updates on supply, inventory and business performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Travel within Asia approximately once per month to support distributor engagement and business reviews.
The Talent:
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Planning, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or Customer Operations within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify business trends.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis).
- Comfortable preparing management reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in inventory monitoring, demand planning or forecasting is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Automotive, manufacturing or industrial B2B experience will be advantageous.
- Comfortable travelling regionally approximately once per month
