Regional Pricing Analyst (Cross-Border Logistics) - #1165754

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a well-established international logistics solutions provider, and we are looking for a Regional Pricing Analyst to join their regional team permanently. The successful incumbent will support commercial pricing strategies, pricing analysis and profitability management while partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain and regional business stakeholders across APAC.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (hybrid working model)
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Develop and maintain customer pricing models, rate cards and pricing tools to support regional business activities.
• Analyse supplier costs, pricing changes and profitability to recommend competitive pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to strengthen business competitiveness.
• Prepare pricing analysis, profitability reports and commercial insights for management decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and regional stakeholders to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
• Support pricing initiatives, system maintenance and continuous process improvements across the APAC business.

The Talent:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or business analysis.
• Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, courier, postal or e-commerce industries will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret large datasets, perform profitability analysis and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced regional environment.
