Part-Time Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator - #1165739

Looking for meaningful part-time work without the pressure of a full 9-to-5 role?

Modern Hippi is looking for a reliable and organised person to support our ecommerce fulfilment, inventory and daily operations.

This is a hands-on role, but it is not physically demanding. Our main products are lightweight coffee pods, small merchandise items, packaging materials and stationery.

The role may suit someone returning to work, managing family commitments or looking for steady part-time work in the afternoon.

What You Will Do

• Process and fulfil orders from Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon.

• Create and print shipping labels.

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for courier collection.

• Prepare and deliver B2B orders to partner warehouses using your own vehicle.

• Track and organise inventory across our office and storage locations.

• Receive, check and store incoming international shipments.

• Move lightweight stock between storage locations when required.

• Keep the fulfilment office, products and packing materials organised.

• Coordinate with couriers, delivery partners and suppliers.

• Flag low stock, delivery issues or inventory discrepancies early.

What We Are Looking For

• Based in Singapore.

• Own vehicle and valid Singapore driving licence.

• Available approximately 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Available for around two hours on Saturday, with some flexibility.

• Reliable, punctual and organised.

• Comfortable using a computer and learning ecommerce platforms.

• Able to work independently.

• Careful with details and willing to take ownership.

• Comfortable handling lightweight cartons and products.

Experience in ecommerce, retail, fulfilment, inventory, administration or delivery coordination is helpful, but not essential.

Working Arrangement

Employment type: Part-time
Location: Main fulfilment office and storage locations in Singapore
Weekday hours: Approximately 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
Saturday hours: Approximately 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, with flexibility

Additional hours may occasionally be available during larger deliveries or stock arrivals.
