We're Hiring: Project Coordinator (Construction & Renovation)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily renovation and construction works across multiple project sites.

• Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Plan project schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and deliveries.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety.

• Resolve site issues promptly and report project updates to management.

• Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.

• Assist in project documentation, variation orders, and progress claims.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction or renovation project coordination (fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply).

• Good knowledge of renovation processes and construction methods.

• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).

• Singaporeans, P.R, Malay.sians with S.P.M 5 may apply
