About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to join our team at Toothsmith Dental Surgery Pte Ltd, based in Potong Pasir. As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the overall smooth running and efficient operation of our dental practice. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction

• Managing and supervising the administrative staff, including scheduling, collections and submissions

• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations

• Coordinating and overseeing the procurement of dental supplies and equipment

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline clinic operations

• Liaising with the dental team to address any issues or concerns, and implementing solutions

• Monitoring and analysing clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a dental role with experience in inventory management and claims

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

• Proven track record in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing process improvements

• Proficient in using various office productivity software and electronic medical record systems

• Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

• A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care
