Salary Range: Up $5,720 (Depending on experience)

Location: East Area

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.

• Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.

• Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimise logistics flows.

• Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.

• Report quality metrics, such as damage rate, mis-pick rate and claim frequency, and provide insights for performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA.

• Experienced in using and creating operational dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvements, such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Good knowledge of process mapping and value stream mapping to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly to multiple stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in resolving issues creatively and innovatively.

• Proactive in sharing opinions, ideas, and best practices to improve team performance.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
