Location: Tampines Industrial Ave, Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 (Meal and Transport allowances included, subject to review)
Bonus: Variable Bonuses
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–6pm, Fri 8am–5pm

About the role

Our client, a construction firm engaged in semiconductor plant and piping projects, is looking to hire two Project Engineers to support an ongoing site project in Tampines. You will take a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant and piping works.

Key responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant and piping works

• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation

• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and direction

• Apply strong knowledge of semiconductor plant construction, piping systems, and construction management to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with engineering teams to review design specifications against client and safety requirements

• Oversee on-site construction activities with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project timelines and budgets

• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections/audits to verify compliance

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

About you

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent

• Able to read and interpret site blueprints and 2D/3D drawings in detail

• Strong communication skills

• Available to start immediately or on short notice

• Willing to be based at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years
