Facilities Technician (Building Services) - #1162366

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Building related systems like doors, taps, lights, lifts, painting, gardening etc
• Carry out ad-hoc repair maintenance, troubleshooting of above systems.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
• At least 2 years experience as Building service Tech is preferred
• Familiar with building maintenance materials

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
