We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Senior Executive to support product planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, and commercial operations in the Singapore market. This role works closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, market competitiveness, and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Product Launch
Develop and execute Singapore GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies by aligning with DJI Headquarters' product launch framework and local market requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, channel dynamics, and consumer insights to recommend launch timing, pricing strategy, channel prioritization, and marketing resource allocation.
Prepare localized GTM proposals and business recommendations for management approval.
Product Launch Management
Lead end-to-end new product launch planning and execution through comprehensive launch checklists and project timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Retail, Marketing, Training, Operations, and Headquarters to ensure on-time market readiness.
Monitor launch milestones covering product listing, merchandising, training, media exposure, promotional activities, and channel execution.
Promotional Campaign Planning
Develop and manage the annual promotional calendar for the Singapore market, including key retail campaigns such as Chinese New Year, GSS, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12.
Design commercial initiatives including promotional offers, bundles, trade-in programs, and customer engagement activities.
Collaborate with Retail and Channel teams to ensure effective execution across all sales channels.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Establish an ongoing competitor monitoring mechanism by consolidating market intelligence from retail stores, channel partners, and field sales teams.
Conduct regular analysis on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
Produce monthly competitive intelligence reports with actionable recommendations to strengthen DJI's market competitiveness.
GTM Performance Management
Track and evaluate GTM campaign performance through key business metrics, including product listing coverage, merchandising compliance, sell-out performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare post-launch and campaign review reports to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future GTM strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by translating performance insights into actionable business initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the central GTM coordination hub between DJI Headquarters and local business teams.
Ensure strategic alignment across Retail, Channel Sales, Marketing, Training, and Operations to deliver consistent product launches and market execution.
Facilitate communication, project tracking, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM, Category Management, or Commercial Operations.
Experience in consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or technology industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with regional or HQ teams will be an advantage.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with HQ.
