Production Supervisor (12 hours shift) - #1165630

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees to achieve daily production output and quality targets

• Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely completion of tasks

• Identify and address bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations

• Assign tasks to team members based on production requirements, skills, and workload

• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Provide performance coaching and enforce discipline as needed

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve production issues

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, PPE requirements, and cleanroom standards

• Conduct safety training sessions for team members

• Investigate and report safety incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing production environment

• Good leadership and communication skills
