Job Description:

Safety & Reliability

• Ensure strict compliance with Job Order/Work Permit systems, maintaining a zero-incident workplace in accordance with SOPs, IMS standards, and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
• Champion a strong safety culture by actively contributing to safety meetings and promoting best practices within the team.
• Operate and maintain analyzer systems in a safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible manner.
• Ensure proper and safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.

Maintenance & Technical Ownership

• Take full ownership of process analyzers and supporting systems, performing in-house maintenance and supervising external vendors.
• Manage analyzer workshop operations, ensuring system readiness for maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain critical spare parts and consumables inventory to support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead equipment troubleshooting, identify root causes of failures, and implement cost-effective repair solutions.
• Drive and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance reliability.
• Support analyzer upgrades, modification projects, and design reviews, ensuring compliance with company engineering standards and best practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of maintenance activities in CMMS systems.
• Develop and continuously improve maintenance strategies, procedures, and master plans to optimize performance and reliability.

IMS & Compliance

• Ensure maintenance programs are aligned with company strategy and IMS requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain analyzer-related SOPs and operating manuals.
• Conduct and support quality and safety audits for analyzer systems and supporting equipment.
• Implement relevant corporate and company policies and standards.
• Perform internal audit duties as required.

Operations Support & Collaboration

• Partner closely with operations teams to deliver timely execution of preventive (PM), corrective (CM), and shutdown (SDM) maintenance activities.
• Provide prompt technical support to minimize downtime and improve plant availability.
• Offer expert guidance and troubleshooting support to operations personnel.
• Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) and technical coaching to promote TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) culture.
• Conduct training on analyzer operation, calibration, and basic maintenance practices.

Training and Qualification

• Develop the training plan for operation & maintenance specialists, engineers & technicians
• Complete LMS training on time as per planning.
• Support the implementation of best practices and using predictive maintenance tools

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor in Chemical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 3 to 5 years experience in maintenance / service / commissioning Oil and Gas, petrochemical, water or Electrical Facilities
• Working understanding of process equipment and technology used in the facility
• Working understanding of mandatory regulatory requirements applicable to the operations of the facility.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies
• Experience in equipment commissioning & factory acceptance test
