About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, alignment, and setup of automated and robotic equipment used in the PCBA and semiconductor industry.

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Work Week: 5 days (occasional weekend OT required) - Looking for someone who willing to CHIONG OT

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary + OT: $3,000 – $4,000++

• Overtime Pay: 1.5x rate (up to 72 hours)

• Opportunity to earn more with additional OT

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines

• Perform precision mechanical assembly to meet quality standards

• Interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D)

• Use hand and power tools for assembly and calibration

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during assembly

• Ensure proper machine setup for PCBA and semiconductor applications

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

• Hands-on experience in machine assembly or precision machining preferred

• Familiarity with automation, PCBA, or semiconductor equipment is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM and SAP is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills
