• Salary Range: Up $5,720 (Depending on experience)

• Location: East Area

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily warehouse operations to ensure service expectations and delivery timelines are met.

• Operate the programme in a cost-effective manner while meeting all operational requirements.

• Ensure goods are properly collected, received, handled, sorted, identified, value-added, transferred, and dispatched accurately.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve company, supplier, and customer objectives.

• Enforce compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, 5S practices, and audit requirements.

• Ensure staff comply with established processes and maintain accuracy in data processing.

• Perform process evaluations, initiate process improvements, and oversee project implementation.

• Manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve operational conflicts.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA.

• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvements, such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas to multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers.

• Good knowledge of the latest automation technologies and implementation.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to encourage and motivate employees, able to work with large volumes of data to define, implement, and monitor KPIs.
