Job Responsibilities:
Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily housekeeping operations across rooms and common areas.
Conduct routine room checks and common area inspections to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards.
Carry out quality control (QC) checks for move-in readiness and post-cleaning verification.
Assist in planning and coordinating daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
Oversee outsourced housekeeping teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Monitor room turnaround timelines and escalate delays or quality issues when necessary.
Track and report room status, housekeeping defects, and deep-cleaning schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records for linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
Assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and verifying deliveries from vendors.
Handle Lost & Found documentation, storage, and record-keeping in accordance with SOPs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports for management review.
Liaise with housekeeping vendors on manpower deployment, task allocation, and work quality.
Support onboarding and basic training of housekeepers and interns as required.
Ensure timely communication with the Operations team on room readiness and turnover status.
Work closely with Operations Executives to support the resolution of housekeeping-related tenant feedback and service issues.
Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to housekeeping processes and standards.
Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager from time to time.
Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.
Comfortable working in the East area and on weekend shifts.
