Salary: Basic Up $3850 + VB

12 hours rotating shift: 8pm -8am

Work Location: Sunview ( Transport pick up Lakeside mrt)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve KPIs and operational targets.

• Plan manpower, monitor team performance, provide coaching, and train new employees to maintain productivity and service quality.

• Oversee inventory management, order fulfilment, billing accuracy, and operational reporting using WMS and SAP systems.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, SOPs, quality standards, and operational procedures while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices, to enhance operational efficiency and service performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations supervision.

• Familiar with WMS, SAP, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work permanent 12-hour night shifts
