Job Description
Handle enquiries and feedback relating to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it
Maintain good and positive relation with the residents.
To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for the new contract
To assist the Authority in the running of their P R programmes
Attend meetings, briefings, presentations with Authority
Documentation, monitor and tabulate report from public feedback
Meeting with an entity for areas of improvement
Other ad-hoc duties with regards to Customer service
Requirements
Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with public relations work experience preferred.
Min of 3 years of experience in Construction field
Competent and possesses the skill, knowledge, and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff of all levels in the company.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Able to work independently and diligently, prioritize tasks assigned.
Able to speak fluent English and one other official language.
