School Exam Invigilator/Admin (Polytechnic) - #1165457

This position will starts off as about 9 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

• Arrive on time to inspect and if necessary, prepare the testing venue

• Check test stations/computers are working, correct online system is loaded, and seating arrangement matches candidate list

• Verify and match attendance list and assigned assessments using official ID

• Handle late arrivals / no‑shows according to SOP

• Issue candidate instructions and seating allocation

• Relocate candidate if there is any hardware issue

• Ensure right test is launched and provide login details / access codes (if applicable)

• Confirm candidate understands instructions before starting

• Monitor candidates throughout the assessment

• Enforce exam rules such as no cheating, collusion and unauthorised materials

• Ensure all candidates submit test properly

• Update and provide provisional license for candidates who passed the test
  
  

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$2170
