Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the face of BUZUD to the medical community, driving B2B partnerships, visiting medical clinics, and introducing our AI-powered medical solutions to doctors, specialists, and healthcare administrators. Key Responsibilities
1. Market Outreach & Account Acquisition
Execute targeted outbound sales and business development strategies to acquire new medical accounts, including private clinics, specialist centers, and nursing facilities.
Conduct face-to-face clinic visits, cold calls, and networking to introduce BUZUD’s product portfolio (e.g., CGM systems, oxygen concentrators, and smart vitals monitors).
2. Product Presentations & In-Clinic Training
Deliver highly professional, engaging product presentations and live demonstrations to doctors, nurses, and clinic managers.
Provide hands-on onboarding and technical in-clinic training to ensure healthcare staff can confidently recommend and use our devices.
3. Deal Structuring & Sales Operations
Assist in preparing customized commercial sales proposals, price quotations, and formal tender documents.
Maintain complete and accurate records of all clinic visits, communication touchpoints, and sales pipeline status within internal trackers.
4. Relationship Management & Market Feedback
Maintain regular touchpoints with existing clinic accounts to ensure seamless inventory support, address technical queries, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Gather on-the-ground market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing trends, and product needs, reporting insights directly to the core BD and management teams.
Support BUZUD events, public roadshows, product launches, and medical seminars.
