Description

1. Support Fleet Crewing and Finance teams in accurate and timely crew payroll processing across assigned vessels

2. Verify payroll entries, home allotments and reimbursement claims in accordance with SEA contracts

3. Coordinate cost allocation and invoice postings with Accounts Payable and resolve discrepancies

4. Maintain accurate payroll documentation for audits and month-end closing

Requirements

• Min Diploma qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in crewing payroll

• Familiarity with basic payroll concepts and maritime crewing processes (an advantage).

• Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
