We're launching a brand-new café chain in Singapore and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to grow with us. Whether you're passionate about customer service or have café experience and are ready to step into a supervisory role, we'd love to hear from you.

Positions Available

Café Service Crew

Gross Salary: Up to $2,636/month

Assistant Café Supervisor

Gross Salary: Up to $2,902/month

Final salary will be commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.

• Prepare beverages according to company standards.

• Operate the cashier and process customer orders accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café and service areas.

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Clean and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.

For Assistant Café Supervisor:

• Support shift operations and coordinate daily manpower deployment.

• Ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.

• Coach and guide team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Maintain operational and food safety standards.

Who We're Looking For

Café Service Crew

• No experience required – full training provided.

• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Café Supervisor

• 1–2 years of experience in a café, coffeehouse, or F&B environment.

• Passion for customer service and team leadership.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience operating coffee equipment will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Gross Monthly Salary:

• Café Crew: Up to $2,636

• Assistant Café Supervisor: Up to $2,902
