ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER - #1165337

Job Descriptions :

· Responsible for architectural co-ordinations of various projects a Metal doors specialist sub constructor which include review and preparation of floor layout drawings, door scheduling, detailed shop drawings for submissions.

· Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all technical requirements are met where applicable.

· Project planning and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects documents submission approval.

· Attend site coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.

· Liaise with Project Managers and Contracts Head throughout the project cycle to ensure smooth effective communication for the success of the projects.

· Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

Requirements :

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architectural, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

· At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related specialist trade field is required for this position.

· Must be very proficient in Auto Desk Revit, Auto CAD, Auto Desk Build
