About the role

We are looking for a Dental Surgery Assistant who thrives in both clinical and front-office roles. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering efficient, patient-centered care in a modern, patient-focused dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support dentists chairside during procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, manage infection control

• Assist with dental X-rays and patient records

• Welcome patients, answer queries, and ease their anxiety

• Handle scheduling, billing, and insurance claims at the front desk

• Keep clinic operations running smoothly with stock management and team support

About you

• GCEO/N Level or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)

• 1–2 years' experience in a dental/healthcare setting (Fresh Graduates are Welcome!)

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilisation protocols

• Proficiency in clinic management software

• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
