Graphic Design Manager (Gifts, Trendy Toys & Lifestyle) - #1165343

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design innovative licensed products under global IPs (e.g. Disney, among others)

• Organise and drive creative research tasks and market scans to identify unique product development opportunities

• Craft and develop engaging visuals and artwork for retail stores, pop-ups, events and digital platforms

• Lead the ideation, concept development and design of event layouts, POSM / VM touchpoints, and retail environments

• Support Marketing in developing visual concepts for product launches social media content as well as e-commerce visuals

• Contribute to enhancing visual merchandising, store experiences, and create promotional materials

• Supervise and guide junior colleagues, including feedback to refine design work quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience as a creative designer, with sound commercial design judgement

• Experience in the retail sector (lifestyle, gifting, collectibles, toys, fashion etc.) -- within a Product Design, Packaging Design or Marketing function -- is desirable

• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to enhance productivity

• Relevant diploma or degree in graphic design, design communication or visual arts with suitable portfolio, and acumen

• Prior creative experience in the IP licensing sector working on consumer products is desirable

• Experience with 3D design software and tools is a strong plus (product, interior design for retail settings etc.)

• Able to work independently within defined parameters, provide creative structure to ideas, and contribute cohesively in a team

• Familiar with using video editing tools, including but not only CapCut, and visual storytelling

• Some experience managing or guiding a small team is desirable
