QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description

• Contract administration, preparing tenders, quotes, progress claims, and final accounts.

• Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues

• Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation whenever required

• Prepare variation quotations and resolve the dispute issues.

• Follow up on the progress claims certificate promptly to obtain the payment certificate

• Liaise with Main Contractors and Consultants to obtain costing and quotation support

• Maintaining a systematic project filing system to ensure all instructions, documents are properly documented and tracked

• Attend all tender coordination meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting for follow-up actions

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering

• At least minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field in Singapore
