We are looking for an execution-focused professional to drive our brand presence through offline activations and digital marketing support.

Position Summary

As a Marketing & Events Officer, you will be the key executor responsible for turning marketing strategies into successful physical events and digital campaigns. You will coordinate logistics for roadshows, corporate health pop-ups, and product launches, while simultaneously managing BUZUD's day-to-day marketing collateral and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics for retail roadshows, community health fairs, B2B exhibitions, and corporate wellness events.

• On-Site Management: Serve as the main point-of-contact on-site during events, ensuring smooth setup, proper product display, and managing part-time booth promoters/helpers.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors (printers, booth fabricators, logistics partners) to ensure event materials are delivered on time and within specifications.

• Marketing Collaterals: Work closely with the creative team or use design tools (like Canva/Adobe) to produce event-specific flyers, banners, and digital assets.

• Social Media & Amplification: Plan and schedule content before, during, and after events to maximize foot traffic and online engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

• Lead Tracking: Implement mechanisms to collect customer leads at events and ensure they are properly organized for the sales team.

• Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for event assets, corporate gifts, and product demonstration units.

• Performance Reporting: Assist in gathering data (foot traffic, sales made, leads generated) to compile post-event ROI reports.
