DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple entities
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments and meetings
Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations and minutes for meetings across entities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Arrange travel, accommodations and itineraries
Coordinate and monitor group-wide initiatives, key projects and strategic priorities
Support in tracking deadlines and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely follow up and alignment with CEO’s priorities
Prepare reports, confidential documents and presentations for high-level engagements
Maintain and organise confidential documents and records
Track and maintain routine and periodic reports from various departments and across entities
Support the planning and execution of executive-level events
Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO
Handle sensitive information with high level of discretion including legal, financial, and corporate development documents, with high degree of integrity
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
5 years of experience in secretarial support to senior management or C-suite executives
Prior experience in a multi-entity corporate environment is preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Prove experience handling sensitive information at high level of discretion
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
