Our client is an Singapore company in the Power Protection Solution industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Sales Manager to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.
Job Description:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and business development targets.
Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
Promote power protection and power quality solutions to customers.
Build a strong sales pipeline and secure new projects.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and project costings accurately.
Lead tender presentations and clarification meetings.
Provide monthly sales forecasts and sales reports.
Update sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Conduct product presentations and technical training for customers.
Support the Division Director on business initiatives and other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in power protection, UPS, DRUPS, diesel generators, modular power solutions, or the construction industry.
At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills
