Key responsibilities:

  • Project & Process Improvement

    • Review end‑to‑end supply chain and customer service workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

    • Support supply chain improvement projects aimed at improving order fulfilment accuracy, lead times, service levels, and operational efficiency

    • Support digitalisation and system enhancements, including data accuracy, reporting improvements, and workflow optimisation

    • Partner cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results - includes Customer Service and Production, and external vendors as applicable

  • Supply Chain & Operations Support

    • Assist in planning and managing supply chain activities during peak ordering seasons

    • Analyse stock and delivery reports to identify trends, assess service performance, and recommend improvement actions

    • Support inventory planning and estimation of print quantities to ensure service continuity

    • Provide operational coverage for order processing, fulfilment coordination, and issue resolution when required

    • Support the Production Manager in production coordination and operational planning

  • Customer & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage key customer accounts to establish strong relationships and uphold customer care

    • Plan communication with assigned customers for stock planning and supply of print and digital products

    • Process orders for print, digital and service offerings accurately and quickly

    • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to fulfil orders efficiently

    • Proactively communicate order status, delays, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders

    • Recommend service recovery solutions in the event of shortage and supply disruptions

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Commit to a 2-year contract period
