IT Support (3 months contract) - #1165195

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

• Set up user accounts, email accounts, and IT equipment for new employees.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.

• Troubleshoot basic network, internet, and connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure IT assets are properly tracked.

• Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance when required.

• Provide support for office IT setup, system upgrades, and ad hoc IT-related tasks.

• Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests while maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
