Warehouse Specialist (Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical) - #1165189

• Responsible for daily warehouse material management, inventory counting, goods distribution, record keeping and reporting, material requirements planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, supplier management

• Executing Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) material handling activities to ensure the safe and compliant flow of materials.

• Inventory Management & Control: Receive, put-away, and manage inventory

• Material Handling & Distribution: Perform FEFO (First Expired, First Out) picking, kitting, and issuance of materials to manufacturing/packaging, as well as managing warehouse material in an orderly manner.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready records, follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage material status (Quarantine, Released, Rejected).

• Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (POs) and Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and prepare GDP-compliant shipments (parcel/LTL/FTL/cold chain).

• Safety & Environment: Adhere to EHS, OSHA, and DOT/IATA requirements, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain 5S standards.

• Support & Collaboration: Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for sampling and material release, and support daily stock takes.

• Warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, medical device, or manufacturing industry.

• Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP and basic documentation practices.

• Ability to operate material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks) and lift materials as required.
