Location: Gul Circle / Tuas Area
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday work required
Note: Saturday may be half-day every week or full-day on alternate Saturdays, depending on operations
Salary: $1,800 fixed basic
Attendance Bonus: $300/month, subject to full attendance. No bonus if absent or on MC.
Packing Bonus: $200/month, subject to hit KPI
Overtime: OT pay provided, usually at least 20 hours or more
Annual Leave: 15 days

Role Overview

Company industry: E-commerce fulfilment service provider / 3PL warehouse.

We are looking for a hands-on Pick & Pack Associate to support daily warehouse fulfilment operations. This is a physical role involving picking, packing, checking orders, labelling parcels, and preparing shipments.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and using a computer / scanning system to process orders. Most items are below 5kg, while some cartons may be below 10kg.

Candidates staying in the West area are preferred due to the work location at Gul Circle / Tuas.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, check, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Use WMS / computer / scanning system to process orders.

• Check product quantity, SKU, labels, and order accuracy.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Assist with stock replenishment, stock movement, and stock counts.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, picking, packing, and moving goods.

• Able to handle items mostly below 5kg, with some cartons below 10kg.

• Basic English reading ability to follow picking instructions.

• Good eyesight and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computer / scanning system.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with Saturday work arrangement.
